From Eunice, New Mexico, do any of you know where the closest place would be to find powder, bullets, etc?

Try every gun shop within dirving distance. A phone is your friend.

Then start looking online. MidSouth, Powder Valley, Natchez, Midway, Grafs, Weidners, and some others.

Things are getting better, but still not back to "normal."

You are 128 miles (give or take) from a Cabela's in Lubbock Texas. That's where I would be going to get reloading supplies if I lived where you are.
