I just bought a PALMA 95 reamer that I am going to have used on a barrel blank. I would like my smith to use the same reamer for makeing some custom dies for my rifle. Can anyone tell me where I can find some die blanks?

BUT I would doubt a chambering reamer would double as a die reamer because you have to have neck tension in a reloading die whereas a chamber reaming die has to allow for neck expansion to let the bullet out.

In both my 400 whelen and 400 h&h, I got the rifles built and then sent 3 fired cases to Hornady to have the dies made.

Midway sells die blanks. Just do a search for "blank die" or "Callahan".

You can make a bushing neck sizer with the chamber reamer. It would hold the case without any slop, which is a good thing. Even the Redding Competition neck sizer with the sleeve has some play with the case inserted. Making a new sleeve for it would be beneficial.

You might also be able to create a die that bumps the shoulder back a couple 0.001" without sizing the body.
