reloading dies

Re: reloading dies

"..should I buy redding comp dies or go have a set of custom dies made."

"Should I" is a strong way to put it. Both will certainly work but which would be "best"? I don't think it will be all that certain no matter which way you go, but I sure wouldn't expect a lot of difference either way. Dies are individuals same as rifles are individuals so what we get is pure luck of the draw no matter what we get or how much we spend.

Re: reloading dies

Do you own the reamer that chambered the rifle, if no then your gonna to send fired cases to the custom die maker, what are you going to shoot in the mean time, your gonna need something to load ammo with, so really need to buy a set of dies to get you going, and then if you want custom dies spring for some.
