Yes, as long as they have the same thread pitch as the press.

almost all dies are 7/8-14 threads, as are most presses

I can't tell you any advantages but I can tell you one major disadvantage; they fall out of common cases.

Just read the directions of your dies. Lee presses are different then most and dont "cam over" If you set them up wrong, the brass will be damaged. Just double check the directions before using!
