I know this is the wrong time to get into reloading, but im tired of paying close to $2 a round for match 308. I shoot 223, 308, and 9mm. Anyone have a lead on a reloading kit in stock?

I do have a ton of 223 brass, and some 308 brass. Just needs cleaned.

keep an eye on midway, their stock is steadily returning on certain items but you have to act immediately on it.

Check on all the box's to be notified on when it comes back in stock, you will get an email right away. If there is an option to back-order I would also do it, you have the option to cancel the order at anytime as long as it hasn't shipped.

Some might say try Craigslist, which I wouldn't bet against but Midway has always done me right.

Keep an eye on e-bay. Just remember that some people are trying to cash in on the shortage and others like you find themselves wanting. I've found some good deals over the years and some are just plain crazy.

Yea, what these guys say is true! However natchez has had some rcbs kits in stock, I don't know if they still are but I really like natchez as a company, they have great prices too.

I actually believe it will be easier for you to find the "reloading kit" somewhere than it will be to find the powder and primers....this is where i am stuck at. I have everything ready to go but no primers! Kinda sux!!

Good luck! PS i bought the stainless steel media tumbler and OMG, the thing is amazing! Well worth the price if your going to be loading alot. I highly recommend it.

...best bet on powder and primers is local shops and powder valley if you don't mind waiting for them to process your order (I think lead time is 3 weeks). If they show it in stock when you order it, they fill your order, from my experience.

Re: Reloading kit in stock anywhere?

I was up most of the night ordering supplies.I found the Lee Kit in stock online so I ordered it. Also found rcbs .308 dies, and a Frankfort tumbler kit on the same site. Then I hit up midway for case lube kit, shell holders, some ammo trays, and assorted other little odds and ends. Just met a local for some cci primers. thirdgen shooters had .223 dies in stock. Midsouth had .308 bullets and a jug of powder to try out, and I ordered .224 bullets from a member here. All I need now is some varget,h335, or Winchester 748 powder for my .223 loads and I should be good to start out.
