Lots of people! Most of the gunsmiths here have the price for threading on their website. All the gunsmiths here can do it, as well as the suppressor manufacturers like Shark, TBA, or Liberty. I've had 3 done by 3 different people in the last year- KMW, SAS, and Hooper Ordnance. All three did a great job, but KMW isn't taking work due to backlog right now, and SAS is pretty backed up right now too. Give Hooper a call, he's a site sponsor here.

Liberty has real good turn times (about 2 weeks). I waited 16 weeks for a barrel threading from Tornado Technologies...wont make that mistake again...

Though I've never used him (yet), it's apparent that Hooper does great work. Plus, turnaround time is always something to be considered.
I have used Tornado Technologies exclusively and have always been very happy with their work. I sent a Rem 700 for muzzle work and a Glock AA conversion kit to be threaded a couple weeks ago. They had it done and on its way back within a week. Plus, Mike from TT called to go over some details before starting to make sure he had the best results.
TT seemed to have some trouble the past year with turnaround due to their overwhelming workload, but it seems they are back on track now.
