Rem 700 LTR M1913 Rail for Bipod Mount

Gentlemen - I have a Remington 700 LTR with the factory stock. I would like to add a short piece of Picatinny M1913 rail to the stock for mounting a bipod. Is the Badger Bipod Rail the proper piece for this application? Are there better alternatives available? I tried the Google search engine but, didn't come up with much. Better off getting http://www.triadtactical.com/Accu-Shot-Atlas-Picatinny-Rail-Adapors.html as you know the spacing is adjustable for your screw.

I bought a http://www.seekinsprecision.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=8&Itemid=46 as I wanted a sling attachment point.
