Rem 700 triggers?

I am looking for a better trigger for my 300wm Remington 700. I will need a top safety with the trigger guard bolt release, so with those to requirements which trigger should I look for?
the rifle is primarily long range target rifle. I have adjusted the pro x trigger as as can be and I am still not happy with it. Thanks for any suggestions!

I am a big fan of the timney line. I have ran Jewel, Huber, and now Timney. Have installed Timney's in all my guns now, so far had really good luck with them even in less than ideal match conditions. Just purchsed the New Calvin Elite version for the main match rifle. Great triggers for the money.

I puchased mine from Mark at TRIGGERS He has some good prices on the Timney line right now.

Hope this helps you. Just my opinion, and I would recomend you try as many as you can to see what you may like. Your preferences may differ from mine.

If you aren't quite ready to give up on the trigger you've already got, a $7 replacement spring may make it adjustable to your liking. Check out:

for reduced pull weight trigger springs for various Remingtons. I've tried them, and they work great, especially for the price relative to a new trigger.
