I am building a 300WM on a Rem700 Action
I plan on using a AI stock and mag.

Does the receiver need any modification to work with the AI mags?

Holland Recoil lug
Roedale Muzzle brake
Border Barrels 26" Cut Rifled Fluted Barrel

What is the consensus on Twist rate for a .300Win Mag

1-10 usually if you are going with bullets in the 208-210 range.

Here is a couple of pics of the action
I got the Rem700 for $225 complete, it had only fired less than 100 rounds
According to Remington it is a 1990 Model 700 FS ADL
