The 5r, however you are going to pay more for it.
Also the 5r is all stainless which is a nice feature.

5R for sure. I found it way easy to clean my 5R compared to my SPS Tactical. My 5R barrel was slightly more accurate, but it being stainless was nice, too. The bead-blasted finish on the SPS barrels suck balls...i've had intense rust form after shooting humid summer days.
