Ok so, my AAC SD was acting kinda funny today. First off it has a Jewell trigger installed and has a stock bolt that the shroud, handle, and knob have been cerakoted. It's has probably 500 rounds through it with the trigger installed. Never had a bolt or trigger issue. Here is the issue. When I close my bolt rapidly and with a little force, but nothing crazy, it seems the firing pin drops but the round that's being chambered does not go off, and there is no primer strike. Anyone run into something like this. It doesn't do it every time but only when I close the bolt with some good force and not baby it. Here is a video of what's going on. Any thoughts?

Id increase sear engagement. You aren't getting a primer strike during this because the cocking piece is overriding the sear while the bolt is out of battery and you're easing the firing pin forward as you rotate the bolt into battery.

Increase sear engagement.

It's been a while since I had a Jewell so I forget which screw it is but it should say on the piece of paper that came with the trigger. If you don't have it then you should be able to find it online.
