remington 700 floor plate/detachable mag

I'm in the process of building a remington 700 varmit rifle in 22-250 and I'm looking for a detachable magazine kit for the rifle. I hear badger ordnance makes the best, but does anyone else have any inputon other brands/locations to get them? i have a hs precision detachable mag kit on another rifle and really don't like it, since the mag moves around and doesn't lock in like my buddys badger ordnance magazine kit.
last but not least,does anyone know where i can get a badger ordance detachable magazine kit for the remington 700..?? (midway and brownells are backordered)

Adam Bauer has them in stock pretty regular and is a Hide supporter. Maybe try calling instead of emailing.lol

it is debatable that the Badger is the best.. just ask the folks that use my stuff. I have stuff in stock and can help with inletting.. you can get into mine WITH inletting for less than just the badger unit..

My CDI bottom metal arrived today and looks top quality. Gotta drop it off to the gun smith next week

CDI Precision makes good gear. I snagged one of Jeff's bottom metal units from the prize table at the last Rifles Only Bash. CDI even inletted my Manners stock and got me all set up. Jeff and CDI is the tits.

Here's a question on the bottom metal. I like the look of CDI, and their pricing.

Is a Mag included in the cost, or is the $209 just for the metal with no mags at all?

There are alot of great bottom metals out the no doubt. I personally like the seekins, only due to the mag release.
