I purchased a used 700 in 300 win mag and trying to find out more about it. I can't seem to find anything about the model though. It has a greenish black nicer stock which I believe is an hs stock. The action and barrel is a silver coated color. Almost like stainless from a distance but up close you can see a coating. The barrel is a heavy non fluted,non threaded barrel. I have looked at the older remington catalogs on there website the closest I could find was an xcr? It does have an adjustable trigger with a single exposed screw in it, if that helps at all.
