One way to put it, it is nothing like a tupperware factory Remington stock. I would say it is like a Magpul polymer material. Rigid enough that it doesn’t over flex and cause issues with barrel floating, but has enough give that it wouldn’t crack/shatter like normal plastic if you bang it against something.

Very little flex. If I really try hard I can get some flex but not in the area of the action. Previously it had a 1” straight taper barrel and never had an issue with the stock flexing and touching the barrel.
