i need it in stainless, no luck finding it, i don't care if it's magazine fed, or just the hinged factory kind, i just need some to finish a build and i can't find any.

Pacific Tool and Gauge makes a nice drop in replacement for the BDL metal. $90 for aluminum (natural) or $199 for stainless steel.
Brownell's also carries the factory "stainless" bottom metal:

There are tons of places that have Long Action, Mag-fed (AICS compatible) bottom metal in stock and ready to roll, but I'm not aware of any in bright (non-matte) stainless finish off the top of my head.
The basic, BDL hinged floorplate metal is a little tougher to get, but Brownells seems to have them:

Have you called to confirm that because their site is saying it is "In Stock" at this time (click the 2nd link in my post above).
