Remington 700 manufacture date

Hey guys I'm looking for some help with dating a Remington 700 I have. The serial number is 280xxx. The barrel stamps I'm finding are 9PK with a spacing and the what looks like 12 or 1S right where the barrel meets the action. I found some info on 1921-1972, but it doesn't seem to fit any of that info and my goggle fu doesn't seem to produce much else! Any help is appreciated. Thanks

hmmm well based on that it's a 1967. I don't know, didn't expect it to be that old.
