Gunsmithing Remington 700 PSS finish?

Looking to duplicate the finish on my Remington 700 PSS. I'm having an oversized recoil lug put on that's in the white right now. I think that the finish I'm looking for is called "Manganese Phosphate Parkerizing", but I'm not sure. What I'd like is to have the whole rifle done so it all matches. I haven't found anyone locally that does this. Any help?

I've owned several 700 PSS, and I'm 99% sure they all had a matte blued finish - not parkerized.
