Re: Remington 700 SPS varmint

Do they have different bipod rails for this stock?

I really don't like the one on it. The bipod is wobly.

The bipod I have on there is short. Its fully extended in the picture. I was shooting in some really high grass.

Re: Remington 700 SPS varmint

The scope isn't bad. It was pretty cheap like 160 at a gun show (rings, sunshade, and caps included).
Pros-It tracks well and holds zero. I really like the level inside the scope. I will be getting one to mount on my rail or scope in the future. 24x is good zoom.
Cons-Its a one inch tube which isn't very great in low light.
I don't like the turrets. They are raised on springs. You push them down to adjust. I would rather have fixed turrets.
The mil-dots are not right at full magnification and I don't know what magnification they are made for.
It has good features, but all in all its cheap glass.
