Gunsmithing Remington 700 torque settings?

I just got a new Bell and Carlson stock for my Remington 700. Does any know what I should torque the bottom metals too (I think that is what you call it)? Thanks in advance.

If the stock has the aluminum bedding block or pillars, I believe it should hit around 65 inch pounds.

Start at 45in/lbs. Go up in 5lbs increments till you find sweet spot. I never tighten my screws to 65in/lbs. There is no need.
