I am currently taking a SolidWorks 3D modeling class for school and I have decided to draw the Remington 700 XM3 for my final project. Does anyone have dimensions for the various parts of this rifle (receiver, bolt, barrel, muzzle brake, BM, stock, etc.) that they would be willing to share with me?

I don't know if this helps but the stock is a McMillan A1-3, Barrel is an 18.5" Hart (Don't know the contour) with a surefire break. Scope is typically a Nightforce 50mm NXS.

Since this is only for a visual than an actual build, I'd recommend grabcad.com. I've ran across a couple of models on there of 700 footprints. A word to the wise though, I have yet to find an 100% accurate model/drawing online. Most drawings have incorrect dimensions and don't include the proper cam surfaces and whatnot. So tread carefully if you ever desire to build one.
Also, an easy way of mocking in a design is to take images and vectorize & scale them. You can get drawings/models suprising close then tweak from there. I believe there are tutorials on grabcad.com for this as well.
