Gunsmithing Remington ADL to BDL

I have a take off HS Precision stock that my uncle wants to buy to put a 22-250 Action assembly in. The stock was originally on a 308 with the hinged floor plate. The 22-250 is a ADL, will the hinged floor plate and follower work with the 22-250?

You may need a BDL magazine box - the ADL's are usually a bit longer since there is no floorplate.

I have the HS Precision with the complete bottom metal, it has the magazine box and the follower, so I should be good togo correct? My main concern was if there were diferences in the follower for the 308 and 22-250.

I think the same follower should work. I did a conversion a few years ago. You will definitely need a magazine box. The followers I found were only $10 or so. They were cheap.
