Gunsmithing Remington Boltface?

Re: Remington Boltface?

The 22-250 and the 308 use the same bolt face so it won't be a problem swithing over.

The Remingtons are a bit more involved than the Savage. The bolt either needs to be modified by a gunsmith or changed out to a new replacement, which again should be done by a gunsmith.

There is no change needed to the bolt! If he changes to a 308 he will need to change the follower and mag box.
