I dont beleive that there is a TM for the M40. I have been looking for years for one and havent found it. There are plenty out there for the M40a1 on foward. Just cant find one just about the M40. If you are looking for information about the M40 you need to get Peter Senichs book "The One Round War" Marine Snipers in Vietnam. There is a lot of great information in that book about the M40.
