Gunsmithing remington r-15 forearm removal

I have the remington r-15 and for the life of me cannot get the damn forearm off to clean under it. how do you get this thing off?????

Strap wrench, but remember its probably your barrel nut as well. If you remove it, you'll have to get it torqued back exactly like it is for everything to line up.

Its a 3 piece setup, barrel nut, forearm, and jamnut. You need an upper vice and a strapwrench
