Remington SPS question

Hello all, I have the opportunity to purchase a Remington 700 SPS in 300 win mag. Owner (friend of a friend) says it only has 20 rounds down it. He is asking $450. Was thinking of offering $400.00.

I don't need another rifle, nor am I looking for a 300 win mag, just though it was a good deal to pick up and possibly resell or just hold onto.

Good pick up or not?

Don't see how you can go wrong at either price.
BUT, be sure and ask for all the accessories (case, sling, scope, etc.), plus any ammo.
Those are sometimes worth a small fortune themselves.
