Yes it is a Zeiss 3.5x10x50MM Mil Dot. The cheek piece is a Karsten the stock is an HS police takeoff. 20 moa Base and rings are Leupold, Trigger is a Jewel adjusted to 2.5LBS. And a Harris Bipod. I apologize for the quality of the photo. I will be taking and posting better photos soon.
