Remington XCR 223 Compact Tactical barrel question

Anyone that can measure an XCR compact in 223, I would like to know what the barrel diameter is at the muzzle end is, (I am guessing .820-.830) and how long the un-fluted portion before the crown is. What I am wanting to do is turn down and thread the barrel end 1/2-28 for an AAC SPR/M4 mount and was hoping that I wouldn't be into the flutes to do so. Thanks for any info you may have. Code

Measured with calipers so not exact. Right behind bevel of crown . 836 .25 behind muzzle .850. Flutes end 2.427 from muzzle.

I sure wish Remington would list info like that on the specs page.
