so the US is so paranoid it bans legit oversees trade,firearm dealers etc ?
and for the record your atf cant see a problem with exporting , so long as they are used for the intended purpose , that is as a cleaning aid, used to collect patches and fluid, just dont shoot through it or drill a hole in the end , and for anyone thats totally paranoid cut a large slit in the side of it ,
before you or any one else has a pop go away and read up on your own firearm laws and definitions,
