I want to remove my noveske factory brake and replace my handguards with a rail. The pin is obvious on the underside of the brake about 3/16 kind of large compared to other pinned brakes I have removed (and replaced). Has anyone removed one of these and salvaged it to put it back on? Is the noveske barrel threaded? After looking at it kind of looks like it could be pressed on then drilled and pinned. The pin also has a depression in the top like looks like the may put it in and "staked" the top of the pin. If someone has done these AHA. Any info drill bit size replacement pin size etc.
