Im looking at a 20inch 5r and wanted to know if 20inches is enough barrel for a 300wm?

24 inches is as short as I would want on a 300wm

Most feel 22" is the min length for a WM but there are some around here that are shooting a 20"

Not much room to burn that much powder. Just depends upon what your goal is. It will probably not have the optimal velocity for the cartridge, but hey, each unto his own.

i agree with 24 inches, I guess it would matter what your twist was also
