Suppressors Replacing brake on ax338 with thunderbeast brake

So I'm currently replacing the brake on my ax338 and realized, since the AX brake uses a clamp on, there is an big akward and ugly chrome space right behind the new brake , where the clamp use to be.

What have you guys done to 'fix' this?

Most of my AI barrels had that area finished black with the rest of the barrel. If not, just shoot some cerakote on it.

Any solutions that wouldn't involve taking apart the rifle and putting it int he oven?

They have some ambient temp cure versions

You wouldn't happen to know what color is used on aiax barrels would you?

It looks like the color everyone uses(for ar's and stuff) , which looks like graphite black?
