Anybody seen it?

We just finished it and I can't figure out why I haven't heard about this before. It's about Dieter Dengler. Navy pilot shot down over Laos, spent four months in a POW camp and escaped.

I originally passed it up when it first came out because I hadn't heard of it. A couple of months later I picked it up. I'm not sure what I was expecting since I didn't bother reading the description on the back, but I really enjoyed it.

It's a little funky because it's Herzog; follows kind of an unconventional style, but it's a pretty accurate account of what happened. I was lucky enough to spend time with Dieter in 1997 as he was a friend of my uncle's. Some of his torture stories were gnarly, especially the bit about them smearing the insides of a watermelon all over him to lure ants onto him, biting him for days.
