Rifle Scopes reset-able turrets

Does the Super Sniper scope have resetable turrets. I searched for something on it but couldn't find anything. There is also nothing in the manual that comes with it that says anything about it.

Yes there should be some little allen screws on the turret which you loosen and then reset the turret to 0 and then tighten them back down.

I saw those screws, but I wasn't sure thats what they were for
