F T/R Competition Reticle Choices?

Re: Reticle Choices?

Although I've been told I'm out of date doing so, I prefer the NightForce CH-2 reticle with the traditional benchrest shooters crosshair. Its clean. It's simple. It's uncluttered. Where the two lines intersect can be placed on the X (on those days and for those distances that allow it being seen) without obscuring the X. The fine horizontal line crossing the entire field of view sure helps with holding off in the correct plane to correct for wind, including holding the vertical crosshair on the frame of the adjacent shooters target and using the horizontal crosshair to locate elevation hold over and under for the black center when wind dictates this much hold off! Anyway, it's what I have and what I have learned to use.
