Hey everyone,

I am kicking around the idea of getting a 50 beowulf upper for my AR. The thing is, I don't want to spend all this money on buying scopes for each rig.

I have heard of some of the one piece mounts that are supposed to return to zero when remounted.

Can anyone give me a review and/or recommendation on any of these rigs?

Re: Return to zero mount for AR

There are a few with really good RTZ such as LaRue, Bobro, ADM, Aad, Nightforce, and so on. Your thought is flawed by the fact that when switching to a different upper/caliber your zero will be different so you will have to re-zero anyway.

Re: Return to zero mount for AR

Exactly. If the two guns are close you could always just zero on the one you shoot the most and write down how much to adjust when going to the other. Of course your turrets, if you use them, will not be set to zero on one weapon but it would save you from buying two scopes and mounts.
