Anyone using one of these and what are your thoughts? I’m going a little nicer with a new hunting setup and have been eyeing one of these or the Seekins 10-X-ray stock

What kind of hunting are you thinking about ? Shooting from a Tripod ?

Someone correct me if I am wrong.. but isn't the Smoke Composites stock more oriented to 3G shooting ?

Strickly shooting from a tripod. I like the adjustable cheek riser for my thermal, it’s a little higher then a standard scope

Personally, I would choose a more conventional stock ( with a adj. cheekrest ) over the Smoke Composites style.
Especially from a tripod.

Again, just my opinion, but the SC stock looks more functional while running and gunning. The clockable butt pad would appear to fit into the shoulder better when twisting and , well... running / moving briskly.

I have never tried one like the SC... so I could be completely wrong. But a good standard stock with an adjustable cheek piece has always worked so well... I have never seen a reason to expand my "horizons".

If you buy a SC one, please let us know your thoughts.
