Gunsmithing Rh stock to LH?! How do you do it?!

I have a Left Handed Remington 700..it has been a PAIN IN THE ASS to find a new stock for!

How hardwould itbe to convert a right handed stock to a left hand?!
This is getting crazy!

It's not that tough. It just takes some time with the dremel.

The obvious one is the bolt slot. Next is the loading/ejection port. Lastly and the most difficult is the slot for the safety.

After you get all the new stuff cut and working correctly, you need to fix all the RH stuff. Drill some holes, add some reinforcement and fill it all in with good epoxy.

I got a cheap HS-Precision PSS stock that I converted to LH. It wasn't too bad. Maybe 4 hours to convert and get it ready for paint.

Check out the McM specials page, I check it pretty often and have managed to usually find a stock in the config I need or pretty close to what I need. You could also order one but I am more of a get it now kinda guy.
