Night Vision Rh25 v2 troubleshooting

Has anyone experienced any issues with their rh25 v2?
Currently my symptoms are:

Buttons do not work (minus it will turn on)
No menu or hud display
It also does not auto rotate the image

The image is still fantastic albeit would be better if I had access to settings.

I haven't been able to find a single post, video or discussion anywhere on the web about V2 issues.

Sold a ton of these so far and no issues that I've heard of. Mine is pretty solid also.

I would suggest reaching out to InfiRay USA after trying a new battery.

I've tried multiple batteries, and also plugged it in. My best guess is a software issue

mine did that on initial start up but then it started working fine after a few min...
