Rifle ID help needed

This should be easy for the Hide to answer.

I've had this gun for years but am unsure of the model. Can anyone tell me what exact version of Remington 700 this is? The barrel is 25" long and fluted.

Remington 700 VSF - Varmint Synthetic Fluted.

I used to have a 700 VS in .308. Great rifle, the 700P is very similar except for the stock.

The more popular model is the VSSF - Varmint Synthetic Stainless Fluted.

Pretty sure that is correct.
