Rifle transfer in houston

I know this isn't directly bolt action related but don't know exactly where to post it where it will get viewed.

I'm needing to do a transfer of a standard rifle...person to person through an FFL. The issue is that the seller wants to get it "out of their name"...comments on that aren't necessary. I have no problem with this but I know that many shops are no longer doing person to person transfers.

So, does anyone know of a shop or ffl holder that will help with transferring the rifle to me through their shop? I know I can call around but a couple of the shops I know of don't do this anymore.

I'll give them a try again. I spoke to Sloan not too long ago and he said that they've stopped doing person to person. They'll do one FFL through them to a person but not person to them to another person....I've known them personally for better than 20 years...he said no, too many problems.

I'll Give Sloan or Oran a call tomorrow...maybe things have changed.

In Katy Tactical won't do it?
Collectors are for those with a ton of money to waste, IMO.

I forgot about Katy Tactical...just called them. It appears that they can help but I have to hear back from a guy I e-mailed.

Oh, I was thinking Fountain Firearms, not Collectors...I don't go to Collectors anymore, too much BS flying, prices suck,
