I purchased the scope cover below so I could conveniently transport, protect and carry pretty much everything I need at range in one compact bag. I don’t need any other bag to carry rifle in when going to range. The rifle is a TRG-22 and scope is Premier 5-25x56, with an approx. 3" sunshade mounted.

This cover has one very large pocket with all kinds of places to stow items. It also has another pocket between the large one and the scope cover. It’s not bulky and protects very well the most expensive part of rifle, i.e., the scope.

The cover itself is made of tough cordura, some kind of very resilient padding and suede on the inside; that is the part that touches the scope.

I also had a small bag for the bolt made which is then kept in the large bag on the scope bag. At my gun club you are not allowed to touch your weapon when the range is safe, however, if the bolt is not in rifle other shooters will usually give you permission to move your rifle to the firing line.

The quality of construction, design, materials, balance when carrying and fit are superb as is the customer service. They even embroidered my last name on the cover; it’s covered by a black line in the photos.
