Rifle Scopes Ring height for Bushnell ERS/HDMR scopes on bolt actions

What ring heights do you use? I've been using an ADM recon mount, but the height is a bit too much, and I don't need QD convenience anymore.

This is for use on a Remington 700 with a Nightforce 20MOA rail.

I have standard 34mm Badger USMC M40's on my DMR. Near perfect height for me.

It's on a 20moa rail, in an AICS.
