Rifle Scopes Ring height help NF ATACR

Looking to mount a NF ATACR 4-16x42 on my Tikka. Plan to put it in a set of badger 34mm rings. I know mediums will work but does anyone have experience running this setup with standard ring height vs medium? I want to go as low as I can without any issues against the rail or with the throw lever. Appreciate any feedback and pics!

I've ran apa 1.031" rings with mine on a marksman contour.
