Hi, I just purchased a TRG-42 folder here on the hide. The scope is Us Optics 5x25 t-pal 58mm, any recommendations on scope mounting height? I am new to long range bolt guns. I was told the scope should be mounted as low to the barrel as possible. with this scope will I need any cant in the mount? thanks Greg

I'm a noob myself so I hope I don't offend you, but if you search or look at the sticky post you would have found this. I used it myself and was able to determine the right height rings for my rifle.

no problem, I thought that this setup is pretty common and someone may know what they are running. I have not received the rifle yet so I can't take measurements. the sticky has some good info.
