Rifle Scopes Ring height?

I'm curious what ring height (mids or lows)you use for an AR build.... the optic I'm running is a IOR 4X fixed with 30mm tube and 24mm objective.

1.25" is a perfect cheekweld for me for a LR type setup. However with a 4x scope I'm guessing it's going to be more of a combat setup so I'd probably just get a LaRue SPR-S @ around 1.4" and not be buried behind the optic quite as much. 1.25" can be a bit low for anything greater than 44mm objectives if you run a flat rail across the top of your handguard (obviously not an issue here)
