Ring questions

Hey guys, hopefully someone with hands jn could help me out.

I'm looking to get scope rings for my hk mr762 and based on the sticky in the scopes section need to get "low".

Scope is NF nxs 2.5-10x32

So looked at seekins 30mm rings (.82) and another post elsewhere I ran into talked about low rings on an hk = bad cheek weld but there was no specifics . Anyone able to chime in with their rig/mount style and height?

One more clarification: not using irons

It's been my experience that the AR15/AR10 platform needs high rings. Definitely something you want to try before you buy.

What scope? The Seekins AR High 1.45" or Extra High 1.26" depending on the scope objective height.

Rob, thanks for having me correct. Scope is a NF nxs 2.5-10x32 ; 30mm tube.

Been perusing the different. Heights from companies and unfortunately I'm not in a position to try before I buy :/

Don't have a NF but here is my Vortex 2.5-10x32 in a Warne RAMP mount which I believe is 1.4" high. The POF it's on has a slightly raised forend/rail system like the HK so the AR height might be a little high unless you have a stock like a PRS or other with adjustable comb. The Seekins Extra High 1.26" height would work well.
