I’ve decided to buy a VX6-HD 4x24 to Mount on my 700 AAC. This rifle will mainly be used for hunting from an elevated blind with some other shooting. The shop I am thinking of buying the scope from only has Leupold PRW 34mm rings in stock. Are these ok? Should I get something different.

Here's what I would do. I own two Rem 700s set up this way, and one of them wears that exact same scope.

Scope mounts: Murphy Precision picatinny
I had him make me a custom two piece stainless version (he also does titanium) so I can see the mag area better for jams. I don't have a removable magazine-fed rifle so I like to see what's going on in there; plus I like to single feed it often. He also does one-piece mounts.

Rings: Burris XTR Signature
Because two piece mounts are difficult to mount perfectly in-line, due to their nature, I used these rings to soak up any small alignment problems. Mr. Murphy approved. It's a bonus that you can go from 0 moa to (I think) 40 moa with those ring's included inserts.

Leupold rings are good to go. I like the backcountry line to cut a little weight on the carry rifles.

Talley is the other I go to for hunting rings.

And unlike what you'll read all over the internet (including here), you don't need to spend a ton of money on rings. I've had plenty of budget ($50) rings work just fine for years with no lapping or screwing around.
