Big fan of malice clips but at no time during any one of my deployments did i need to quickly drop my mag pouches... Looks cool tho so maybe it's useful for some people in certain circumstances. To each their own!

I don’t see a use on a plate carrier other than maybe a med kit. But on a backpack the 9” version when released would be useful in attaching crap to the outside of the pack.
