Rifle Scopes Riton x7 and Crimson trace 2 series. Same maker?

These scopes look very similar, down to the markings on the turrets. Just wondering if any of you guys think the same thing. and any info about it you may have. maybe both LOW SCOPES?

i like my Mod 7 gen 1 for what it is. Granted i only paid $250-ish when they went to gen2 and these were sold heavily discounted.
