Rl-16 in 6.5x47

It's not as forgiving as H4350, but I switched to it when H4350 got scarce a few years ago. I use it with a 147 ELDM. I switched both bullet and powder about the same time. I got a good load, with it and used it for 90% of a barrel.

We're you using it in a 65x47 or a 65creed
With the 147

For RL 16 and 147 both. I also used 140s and H4350 with the 6.5x47. The Creedmoor was a later acquisition when I was in the process of switching over the 6.5x47 so the Creedmoor was only loaded with RL16 and 147. Best accuracy powder charges ended up being about a grain different btwn the x47 and the Creedmoor, but the Creedmoor's velocity was lower.
